Today is a day in the history of my life. I will register myself at the Kamer van Koophandel. I’m starting my own business, stouDt agency. I want everybody to know about it. It’s a big thing in my life because I’m not taking risks so often! Now I’m starting my own business, I’m not having a logo, a visit card or anything else but hé, I’m just doing it! I want to inspire everyone else to just do it.
I’m 23 years old, still a student without money and I’m doing it as well. And why? Because I don’t want a normal student job but I want to distinguish myself from others. I’m going to do assignments for other companies so I can build up experience, build a network and chasing my dreams. I want to be my own boss with a lot of contacts and assignments in different sectors. It’s easier to start right now instead of starting my business when I’m finished school. I’m a bit scared but it doesn’t stop me to chasing my dreams. So does nothing have to stop you to chase your dreams!
So if you know anyone who’s wanting an independent woman who’s making: trend-, concept- and/or marketing and communication reports, you can give me a call or send me an email!
Just follow your dreams, work hard for it and just do it!
Get a compliment from another is always great! But if a compliment is given by strangers is even more GREAT.
Van Herpen was intuitively drawn to 3D printing. “Previously, I’d have something in my head that was three-dimensional, but first I’d have to translate it into a two-dimensional format, such as a drawing, in order to present it,” she says. “That way of working feels really old-school. With 3D printing, it was the first time I could immediately translate the 3D image I had in my mind, first to a 3D computer model, and then into actual three dimensionality using the printer.” Quote: Dezeen
This week I went to shop in Rotterdam and which caught my eye? Women, busty women everywhere and all 40 plus. I was little bit jealous because they’re looking so confident and beautiful. It looked like they’re shining above all the hectic shoppers. But why are the doing it and looking like this way? I did a little research to this phenomenon.
At my age it is very important to work on Personal Branding. There is a crisis and the labor market after I graduate is uncertain. A lot of unemployment is emerged and is still declining. Therefore a must to work your own personal branding.
Obviously not the best assembly and mix work but it’s a start.
